Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered Lamb Biryani and Prawns Biryani from Inchin’s Indian kitchen , Niagara Falls via Skip. While eating the Prawns Biryani, I found a chicken piece inside it. When I called the restaurant expecting responsibility, the staff openly said they mix chicken gravy into that biryani for flavor and added that he can’t change the recipe. No sincere apology. No alternate dish. No customer care. Their only response was to “complain to Skip for a refund.” This is not just disappointing — it is misleading, careless, and disrespectful to customers’ food choices. If chicken gravy is added to every biryani, customers deserve to know that before ordering. Lost my trust completely. I will never order from here

We ordered Chicken Tikka, Reshmi Kebab, Chilli Chicken, Changezi kitchen Curry, Bullet Naan, and Tandoori Roti. Overall food was good and the portions were generous. Service by Vikram was good as well.He was attentive throughout our meal. Food was made quite quickly. A satisfying dining experience!

Very, very nice food — honestly, the kind that could make me travel 100 km just to eat again! Even the kids loved it, which says a lot because they usually don’t appreciate Indian dishes as much. We tried the Chicken Tikka Masala — absolutely yummm! The Malai Kofta was to die for, rich and creamy with perfect balance. The Garlic Naan was super soft and fresh, while the Bullet Naan was simply sumptuous. Every single item had its own unique flavor and specialty. The restaurant is located in a very convenient spot, right in the middle of the market — easy to find and perfect to stop by while roaming Niagara. If you have Indian taste buds, this place is a must-visit. My recommendation: try it for sure — even if you don’t end up loving it as much as I did, you definitely won’t be disappointed!

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve tried recently. We had butter chicken, garlic naan, goat biryani, chicken biryani, and gajar ka halwa. Everything tasted really good. The goat biryani was full of flavor and had just the right amount of spices. The butter chicken was creamy and delicious. The garlic naan was soft and tasty. We also liked the chicken biryani, and the gajar ka halwa was a nice sweet treat at the end. I really enjoyed the food and would love to go back again!

Delicious Food! Wow! We were very impressed by this Indian/Chinese place. The taste of the Chinese dishes was one of the best we have had. The portions were also double the size than other places we have been and cost was very reasonable for how much portion we got. I feel like this is an underrated Chinese place with Indian flavours, a truly hidden gem in Niagara. Must try 👌🏼
