Emilie Palletta is a great physiotherapist. She teaches you how to do all the exercises that will make you better than new. She helped me get stronger. Pulled tendons in my hip. Not fun but I'm so much better now. Thank you Impact Health and Emilie Palletta.

I had the pleasure of having Emilie treat me after having a very bad fall at work. She is an amazing physiotherapist...I could honestly say I enjoyed my visits with her. She encouraged me to push myself but never aggressively...and listened attentively to my concerns with my progress. I would absolutely return to see her if I was in need...Also the front staff is a perfect asset for the business...10 /10.

Great facility and staff Ruptured my patellar tendon in July 2025 playing soccer. I can’t recommend my physiotherapist, Emilie Paletta, highly enough. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and invested in my recovery. Everything was explained clearly, the treatment plan was tailored to my needs, and improvement was faster than I expected. Coworkers were surprised to see me back at work ahead of schedule. Professional, friendly, and incredibly effective, thanks again for the excellent care :)

Absolutely fantastic facility and team! My physiotherapist Emilie Paletta goes above and beyond when it comes to my care! I can’t recommend her enough. I personally deal with medical anxiety and from past experiences I often struggle in clinical settings. Emilie was able to alleviate a lot of that anxiety by providing a clean, quiet, calm and comfortable environment to undergo treatments, all the while distracting me from the pain with excellent conversation. When it comes to my treatment Emilie was able to adapt quickly to my needs and work with me to build a plan for progress while also helping me to manage my severe pain. When it comes to going above and beyond Emilie certainly fits the bill. Always being eager to answer any questions I may have, and dedicating the time and energy to finding answers to the questions she can’t. She has been instrumental in advancing my treatment. I have personally been a patient at Impact Heath for a number of years utilizing both their chiropractic and physiotherapy services. Recently I required Physiotherapy and for the second time I was treated by Emilie P. a registered Physiotherapist. I’m extremely grateful to Emilie for successfully treating my Vertigo. She is an excellent Physiotherapist. Everyone I’ve encountered at Impact Health are highly professional and all provide outstanding service. I will not hesitate to see Emilie P. or Dr.Daniela DiPaola again when I require treatment. Highly recommend!
