IDEAL Plumbing & Heating come in the CLUTCH this weekend! Sump pump died at 7pm Saturday night during a weekend of heavy rains in March. The amount of water coming into my sump pump well was INSANE! IDEAL come in that night, got the old pump out, and the new one in and running within the hour. Rebecca was amazing. Super quick, neat and clean. Thanks for your help IDEAL.

I am thankful for the experience with Ideal Plumbing & Heating from my first call for assistance to the end of the work. The receptionist was friendly and understanding. The technician, Colton, was polite, diligent and efficient. Though he was tasked with doing extra work that was caused by the previous inefficient installation, he did not complain but expertly rectified the problem for the present and the future. When he finished, he made sure that the new faucet was working and took the time to advise me on what was done and how I could use it for best performance. I was very impressed by his work, tidiness and integrity. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbours
