I.D.A. Hartzel Road Pharmacy

My GP is attached to this pharmacy and im very grateful that he is. Awesome, friendly people run the pharmacy. The store is always clean and tidy. They have most my medications in stalk and can order what you need quickly if they dont. My only wish is that my monthly repeats just be delivered. Even though I drive I'm chronicly ill and can't always get up and out, so I've put myself short a few times but thats me bot them. Happy Holidays IDA staff 🎄

I can’t say enough about this wonderful stuff they go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of. Dealing with the staff all of them, but especially Donna, it’s so calming. You know you’re going to be taken care of.Would highly recommend.

Friendly Staff. Good dispensing rates. Some over the counter medication available. Delivery service available. Blister pack services available for those who qualify. Limited Free Parking lot. No free WiFi. Clean facility. Couple of chairs for you while you're waiting.

Love their staff. Been going there since we moved to St. Catharines. Yasmin and Ro-Anne are so amazing, friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Although this is not my personal pharmacy, I stopped by to look for a specific product. Unfortunately, no pharmacy had said product (insulated case of any sort for EpiPen/insulin). The three staff members went above and beyond to contact other nearby pharmacies on my behalf to ask around if anyone carried or sold them. They were incredibly polite and their efforts were genuinely appreciated. Very personable and friendly staff at this location!
