One of the greatest hair services I've received. Knowledgeable and quick!!! I have 4b hair and I don't care of it, just rock it in a scarf matted fro most the time but Donna was very very gentle and quick for my tender head. I have recommended people here and will continue to do so. I received a silkpress.

Has an attitude for coming an hour late for her appointment that she scheduled me for while i wait in the cold because her store is locked. Redetangled my hair to the point of tears. Proceeded to kick me out right after in the cold while yelling at me. The audacity to now attempt to charge me full price! This place might be cheap, but you’re better off spending THRICE THE AMOUNT else where that will actually give you TOP NOTCH braids for extra intensive care. Check out Anger and Artistry on Welland Ave. Not this mid.

Worst place on earth you can go to wahllahi you’re better off doin it yourself. The staff has horrible customer service. The braider is immature and horrible with timing she doesn’t follow any schedules for appointments. She no call no shows meaning she just won’t show up. Honestly the store isn’t even open for you to wait inside you have to wait outside. It’s basically a lazy man’s business I wouldn’t recommend at all.

For me is having a hairstylist that is very knowledgeable about hair care. We all of visions of what we would like our hair to be styled, but having someone that will be honest with you and advise you correctly 👌
