Over 30 power outages this week and a complete refusal from hydro one for ANY discount on the bill.

Power outages almost every day, sometime multiple times. 😠

I had to call in today to check if the outage of electricity was just my problem or my neighbors problem too. And I spoke to Seana, she was very kind and explained me what was the problem. She also asked me if I would like to leave my phone number for further updates and I got an automated call when the electricity was back. Thank you very much 🤟

The sticker on the back of one of your work vehicles says that you guys respect the speed limits for people's safety and the environment. Well I can tell you that is FALSE! One of your drivers flew past me going close to 70 in a 50 zone!!! And half the time he signaled lane changes and the other half he didn't. This was around 8am near the NOTL mall. Maybe train your employees the rules of the road if you're going to let them drive a company vehicle
