They were absolutely kind n understanding when we had to bring 2 of our fur babies who passed from age 19 n gave us thier paw prints as a reminder that our babies are always with us even tho we can't see them they enjoy our company as we enjoy theirs 🥺❣️

If u are looking for a vet this is the best place..They always work with me and give me awesome solutions you just have to ask..they have done so much for me financially since on a fixed income and they helped my dog Niki with her skin condition that is very exspensive. This place is not out to rob us of our money but are fair and truly care. I will never go anywhere else . I wanted to give them all a 5star for being different then the rest. I donate supplies anytime I privately donate & give back to this wonderful team anytime I can because I am so impressed with how they treat me and my precious dog...thanks to u all that work so hard in an ugly industry that is known for turning away from our fury friends God bless u all and I will quietly continue to support ur clinic in the back ground any time I can. We all should do what we can to support weather its donating food..volunteer ...buy products & tickets that support ,st-catharines humane society or adopting a family pet. Its so vitally important to give back no matter how small of a donation u can give ...it all goes in the same depleting pot at the end of the day

adopted my cat from here last july and now she will be spending her second christmas with us, i’m so greatful to have adopted her from here. staff were excellent and awesome to work with. june (the cat) says thank you very much for forming her furrrever home (she’s the white cat)

Wonderful Staff and Volunteers ; friendly, accommodating, full of information helpful, caring warm natured and fun loving and a real asset to the community and the furry friends they shelter. They linked us up to our new bury-baby a 10 year old senior and I hope this helps others reconsider senior animals. This adorable bundle of energy, smart, well trained, enthusiastic has fit in, a life our our 3 dog-party and nothing could have been easier better, simpler or more fun. We are so happy to have brought a senior dog a new level of joy and acceptance & love .. we wouldn't hesitate and we would do it again .. she part of the family already .. great job everyone !!
