He guided me through multiple options, changes, and cancellations professionally and made everything clear. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for reliable and honest service. Great customer service. I spoke specifically with Tiffany Adie in St Catharines and I tell you, friendly, charming and fast thorough service. We are using them for event insurance and not only were their rates the best but they have a genuine concern to make sure the customer gets the best value.
