Dr. Hsiung is only the second optometrist I've ever visited in 48 years and I am extremely pleased. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and courteous staff who take the time to help you and don't rush things at all. Truly amazing.

Staff are fabulous and Dr Hsiung is so patient. I've been bringing my kids here for years, and GREAT selection of glasses. So much help in finding the "right" pair of glasses, and I always leave satisfied I picked the right pair.

There aren't enough stars in the sky to rate Dr. Hsiung. He is at the top of the list of our most respected medical practitioners. He readily shares his knowledge and takes the time to listen and respond to questions and concerns. The staff is courteous, helpful and, oh yes, fun to deal with. There is a sense of family and a warm and welcoming vibe. We have recommended this practice to family and friends and we all agree. The best!

Absolutely amazing experience when I went here. I'm very happy with switching to these guys!! Donna is so kind and courteous, Scott is very knowledgeable and I never once felt pressured. Dr Hsiung is equally awesome. Very kind and to the point which I like! If I could give a 10 star I would! I simply had a great experience all around!

I highly recommend this office. Dr Hsiung and his staff is not only professional, but friendly, helpful and it feels comfortable as if you are at home when you arrive. She is efficient and helpful when it comes to questions and is connected with your life. She checked in on me recently knowing I was feeling under the weather. She is an absolute pleasure to see her smiling face when you walk through the doors. Emma - I had recently scratched the lenses of my sunglasses at it was coming up on my year of having them. She told me to leave it with her, she worked her magic and called me a week later when the new lenses had arrived. She is always so thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. Scott - There has never been a time that I have walked through those doors and Scott has not, with a great big smile on his face, acknowledge me by name by welcoming greeting. He is not only a wealth of knowledge, he just knows the perfect fit and is gently honest to ensure you walk away with the perfect look you are hoping for. He has never steered me wrong. Professionalism is one of Scott's strong suit and I appreciate him. Each and every one of Dr. Hsiung's staff members are the reason I go back to the office. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a team that has your best interest at heart. They answer their phones and I've never had a huge wait to see Dr. Hsiung. If I can give them a higher rating than 5, I would without hesitation!
