It's hard to believe that all of these five star reviews are actually legitimate. I emailed on their website about getting a consumer proposal done and I got an email the same day from Lorna. The email stated that she was going to contact me the next day and I waited and never received a phone call. I did however receive another email that said she would call me again and she never responded to my response to that where I confirmed her to call me. So this morning I emailed once again for the third time stating that I will be available to talk after 3:00 in the afternoon and waited and waited and waited and never got a call. I then called their office myself and spoke with the secretary who stated that Lorna was on the phone and couldn't chat and I explained how I was very disappointed already that I had sent multiple emails and was told I was going to be called multiple times for her to then tell me that all we probably just didn't get the emails so I have a hard time believing that I am a one case scenario that these people treat like this. One star review and if I can give them a zero I would.
