Good clean Hotel. Nothing fancy But the rooms were in good repair and everything worked. Pleasant staff at the desk. Felt like a very secure location . Continental breakfast needs some work though. Stale Bagels, very weak coffee and spoiled milk. I have stayed here 4 times over the past two years and I would stay here again.

The room is great for the price, $68 a night at the lowest rate we got, if you're alright with a box tv it has A/C, clean bathroom, the bedding has a small stain on the pillow case but that is solved by bringing your own. Overall it is great for the price.

Dog discrimination. 15 pound dog only. Really? Even for an obedience trained dog. Wouldn't help me. Refused to let me talk to a supervisor/ manager. Wont ever stay. Will never recommend. Very rude customer service skills on reservation call.

Don't judge a book by its cover!! The outside may seem a little rough, but our room was super clean, spacious and updated! The staff was spectacularly helpful and the views of the Lake and Buffalo's waterfront are breathtaking from the second floor balcony. It definitely surpassed, by many miles, my expectations based on the website and my first look upon arriving. A huge value and within walking distance of many many amenities! Perfect reasonably priced stop for a border hop! Final note, they treated my kids like gold!

They will rip off your money. No courtesy as common sense and they charged me for just nothing. I did not stay in that hotel but booked it by mistake. These idiots didn't refund my money. Guys if you want to stay in a hotel that doesn't rip you off. Please avoid this one! I'm pretty sure their facilities might also suck like their standards!
