Got an engrave bracelet here and gentlemen told me that every bracelet he makes the letter engraving is always off center, but still charges you the full amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ENGRAVING ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER. HE'S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HE DOSEN'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS WHATSOEVER. I EVEN TOLD HIM THAT I AM A PERSON THAT DOES ENGRAVING ON ACRYLIC, GLASS,METAL,WOOD,PLASTIC ETC... AND THAT I NEW HOW IT WORKS. PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE CHEATED DO NOT BUY HERE.

the guy was nice he asked me what size I wanted and then showed me a Romeo y Julieta with green band and other brands with similar band. Then he showed me a Hoya Monterrey epicure 2 poorly constructed. It had fake written all over it I told him leave it. If he had a genuine, his own brand then I would have purchased it. It doesn't have to be a Cuban but a nice cigar.

Guys they have penny press near this store it’s must have souvenir, plus they helped me with change because I was missing few dimes Then you in the area totally worth to visit

Stopped in because my son (9) saw a sign outside advertising that they sold Pokémon cards. The guy couldn’t have been sweeter if he tried. I found a Magikarp plush which was surprising since it’s usually very hard to find anything Magikarp. Despite only buying two packs of cards, he let my son choose between two card tins. When I said “aww, I think you should have picked the other one” he handed both to my son. He then looked to see if they had any Magikarp ones. He didn’t have one but handed my 2 year old granddaughter a tin and said “I found one with pink on it for her!”. We spent longer talking about how nice the shopkeeper was than we actually spent in the store. Amazing customer service!

Regular tourist trap and I’m upset I fell for it. Gave me a run down of his selection, told him to give me whatever his cheapest option was for Cubans, still manages to ring me up for his $34.99 option which I corrected. Unfortunately I saw these reviews after and I suspect these are fake Cuban cigars. Extremely overpriced but it’s expected for a tourist area unfortunately I think these are fakes, buyer beware
