HOTTUB HEAVEN

Updated review: downed to two stars from three. They had the cover for a month and I had to call again to finally get it delivered. They did not install the cover. They just threw the cover over my fence and knocked over a freshly planted ceder tree in the process. Purchased a refurbished hot tub beginning of September. The sales service was great. Seemed like they really care about customers and service. Hot tub was delivered in a timely manner. We have been waiting over two months now for the cover. They did give us an old worn loaner cover. When I call there is often no answer and it goes to voicemail. Sometimes the voicemail is full. I had to go to the office to get an update. I was told the color I ordered was back ordered and there was stock now so it was coming in. It's now been three weeks and I haven't even heard from them. The after sales service and communication is definitely lacking. It would be nice to have the cover and lifter installed that we paid for. Wondering if we will ever get it. Otherwise the hot tub itself is great and seems like it was refurbished nicely. If I could break down the rating I'd give 4/5 stars for the sales service and the hot tub itself. 3/5 for after sales service and communication.

Very professional, timely and affordable. Moved my hot tub from old house to New house and moved it at my new house to its permanent location after we set a base up for it and the path they had to get through with it was impressive.

Hot Tub Heaven removed our old unwanted hot tub. The removal looked very simple since the crew had the right equipment and knew what they were doing. They even cleaned up the debris where the hot tub had been and took it away. The crew were very pleasant, courteous to chat with I would highly recommend to anyone looking for removal.

I purchased a previously loved, refurbished hot tub this past summer. Cam is professional and knowledgeable, he walked me through the process and shared tips on how to keep the water clean & balanced. Delivery was as expected and went smoothly. I’ve had a few minor issues with the tub since delivery and Customer Service has been excellent. Service calls are answered promptly and a technician has always been out within 24 hours. We decided to take a chance on a used tub that was given to us. After a thorough inspection by Cam and his team at Hottub Heaven it was deemed uneconomical to repair. They quickly got us into a reasonably priced comparable tub and had it delivered by the end of the week. Cam was there every step of the way to answer questions for us as first time hot tub owners. We were given personable, professional attention which made it easy for us to choose the tub we wanted. They were polite, knowledgeable and courteous upon delivery ensuring every detail was taken care of. We can’t thank them enough for all of their help and sharing of knowledge. They made our first time purchase of a hot tub easy and enjoyable. We have already decided we will be visiting them again when it is time for an upgrade.
