Hot Tub Outlet

We are absolutely thrilled with our new hot tub and have been using a lot more than we thought we would. The Be Well tub we purchased is fantastic quality... the lights, the easy to use controls for scheduling, changing temperature, turn lights off and on make it a delight to have and use. There was a mix up during delivery and installation of our hot tub, but Ken at the Hot Tub Outlet did a fantastic job at making it right. Thank you so much Ken.

Ordered a pool cleaner from this company and was promised it in a week - it’s been two and I still haven’t received it because this company is using Canpar for shipping?! Who uses Canpar for shipping these days?! You’re better off ordering off Amazon and getting it in two days.

They were able to answer all my questions so that I was able to buy a new spa pack with confidence remotely. The correct part arrived, my tub is back up running.

It tells me more about a company on how they handle mistakes, than bragging about their successes. My pool got sent to the wrong province, big problem, but that’s when the owner Tom took over and handling everything personally. Tom never failed to communicate or respond to everyone of my texts and calls. Obviously he has built a great relationship with his suppliers as well. Technically it wasn’t his fault, but he never passed the buck or didn’t answer within minutes or hours. No long gaps, “I’m waiting to hear back from the manufacturer “! BS, they communicated quickly between each other and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I was treated with great care. Customer service like this is not an accident, it must be practiced daily to react as professionals. Great to know there are still great Canadian businesses out there

We have used this place a couple times now for our hot tub needs. The customer service is amazing! Very nice guys and willing to help with any questions I had. I also had my water tested and they helped me figure out which chemicals I needed so easily. I worked with Tom last and I was impressed with his customer service. It’s nice to see a happy crew when you walk into the store! I highly recommend this place if you need anything for your pool/hot tubs!
