I had the most rude and very, very bad customer service. I went in to inquire about renting equipment. The man who I first spoke to was very professional and helpful. However, another employee came in during a transaction and was very rude disrespectful . They lost $600 worth of business. If that's how 🤔 you treat customers, what a SHAME. I am always for buying local, but I will not be going to this place ever again and will definitely be spreading the word about my experience to others. 0 🌟

I hate to leave a bad review on a local company but at this point, it is deserved. We’ve tried to support this business multiple times and it goes poorly every time. Rented a skid steer from here last summer - my husband reserved it over the phone and I went in to pay. Upon arrival they tried to over charge me assuming I would just pay it - unfortunately for them I knew exactly what I was there for and how much it should cost, they made it right but I was irritated and offended to say the least. We have also gotten a load of topsoil from them last spring with our own trailer where they shorted us. We now go to Plants Choice where for the same quoted amount we get much more topsoil. This past Friday, my husband called to reserve the machine again and I went in to pay. Signed all the forms, paid for the rental and delivery. All was fine. The morning of rental day (Saturday) - an hour after promised delivery - and a few hours after my husband was already working on site eagerly waiting for the machine arrival, they called to inform us that not only would they not deliver it, but that they won’t rent us the machine we paid for. They offered a dingo - a machine that was entirely different, smaller and not suitable for the work being done. They are claiming, all of the sudden, the quick coupler is broken but it is in fact a manual coupler that does work as this is the same machine we had last year. It seems as though the two guys who work there don’t communicate with each other at all and are both constantly giving you different answers. He is now left scrambling trying to get a machine delivered while on site with extremely short notice, trying to keep his own client happy. Disappointed is an understatement. Homefront Landscaping has let us down for the last time.

Luke and the team were incredibly professional, prompt and accommodating to the changes we wanted to make to our yard and front walk way! They were on time each day with positive attitudes and always checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. The quality of their work is incredible. This is our second year since we had Luke and his team transform our yard to an oasis and everything looks as it did on the first day. Minimal upkeep, which is what we wanted. See you in the Spring to seal everything !!! Highly recommended.

Homefront Landscaping did an incredible job on my backyard landscaping. From initial design to finish product, Luke and his team were professional, accommodating to our request and the final result turned out better then expected. Perfect attention to detail and quality of work. Highly recommend.

We have been working with Luke and his crew for 2 years. The first time they came we had overgrown gardens and they did an amazing job trimming and bring our property “back to life”. The next year they updated our garden with a corner addition that beautifully complimented our our original gardens. Dealing with Luke, I can call him at any time and get a response and quick turn around service. Have recommended this company and will keep doing so.
