It came upon me fast, that I had to sell my parents home and I had to do it from a distance. I knew that Jason Jacobs had sold a similar home around the corner for a decent price, so I contacted him to discuss the situation. I was impressed with his knowledge and candor in regard to the real-estate market and decided to take a chance and have Jason completely manage everything, as I was 1.5 hours away from the situation. The home now belongs to the buyer and my family has the funds from the sale. Jason continued to help out and made sure that all final details were taken care of.
