I’ve been going here for about a year now and nothing has ever changed. Machines constantly robbing you on cash and then being broken down for months. Need to be serviced or changed, half the time my clothes come out dirtier than they went in! Constantly leaving marks on my clothing??? Never any staff to help with problems and everything is always quite dirty. The place is too close to me to not be convenient but you need to care about the customers coming into your establishment or you will continue to loose business.

Washing machines were dirty inside. I had to clean the rim to remove hair and grime to pull my washed laundry out. Lost $7.50 in dryers that didnt work - #'s 5, 7, and 9. Pizza place next door was closed, and no number to call. But even if I did, the owner is extremely rude and treats customers like liars and thieves if they ask him to return the lost money. I stopped going there years ago because the owner was so nasty. This last visit reminded me to stay away!

I’ve been coming to this laundromat every week, but after my recent visit, I will never be returning. The place was extremely dirty — most of the machines had hair and grime inside. What made it even worse was witnessing someone washing clothes that were visibly soiled with feces and putting them directly into a washer. It was disgusting and made me feel very uncomfortable. While waiting for my turn, I also experienced verbal abuse and racist comments from another customer, and there was no staff around to manage the situation. This was completely unacceptable. The laundromat used to be decent, but the hygiene and safety have gone downhill. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleanliness and supervision.

Firstly I arrived at 6pm and was told that I would need to dry my clothes somewhere else. I told the owner I had plenty of time and would be out by close (7pm). Then, three of the washing machines stopped working after I put my loads in. I politely let the owners know next door. They said I would just have to wait for the machines to unlock and go somewhere else. I asked for my money back as my clothes were not clean. There were no apologies or sorry for the inconvenience, very rude as though it was not their problem. I will not support this business again.

I washed my clothes in the big machines numbered 3 and 4, from left to right. I used my liquid detergent, but it did not go through the machines. (attached video) After the cycle finished, I went to the Wings restaurant next door to ask for help, as they are the ones to contact for any issues. Unfortunately, they treated me very poorly and insisted it was impossible for those machines to malfunction. I explained that the first two machines worked perfectly (attached video) because all the detergent had diluted in them, but the others did not. When I asked for a refund, they were disrespectful and threw my money back at me as if I were trying to rob them. They threated me as a thief, really bad managment they will not help you =(, bad service.
