The atmosphere is nice, and the customer service is at its best, they have good priced home equipment although some may be a little pricey, but overall it's a good experience.

⸻ Visited: Monday, April 14 I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I experienced at this Home Hardware on Hartzel Rd location today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and asked multiple times—by four different associates—if I needed help finding anything. Each interaction was professional, friendly, and genuine. What really stood out was the attention to detail—not only in their service but in the store itself. I even saw one associate wiping down the shelves, and the whole area smelled lemony fresh. Clean, organized, and full of helpful staff—what more could you ask for? A big thank you to the team for creating such a welcoming and well-maintained shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They know their store layout and stock well. Good stock and good prices. Staff have good knowledge on some items and can give pointers on what needs to be done. Free WiFi. Plenty of free parking. Garden center available in season. Cashiers are fast and friendly.

This is my local Home Hardware store and I have been dealing with Wayne for a breaker that I was looking to install on my panel at home. I would have preferred a 40 AMP breaker but you can’t find one anywhere. Wayne was very helpful and I came back to his store specifically because of his friendly demeanour to buy a 30 AMP breaker. It will still work for my application and he was so helpful that I cad to come back. I would recommend this local store to anyone.
