This appears to be a scam. I stayed at their property from October 27-29, 2025. I still haven't received my $500 damage deposit back, even though they confirmed everything was fine. The management is unresponsive, responding with formal replies and failing to resolve the issue. I wanted to respond to you. I requested a property inspection on the day of check-out. It was completed, and the management sent an email confirming everything was in order. In fact, we only spent one night there, and we are a retired couple. Everything was the same as the day we arrived. I will not discuss this here anymore. Booking.com is already aware of this. They will block your listing and fine you for this.

I rented a home from this company in Niagara Falls for my son’s birthday. We checked in and left 30 minutes later. The smell of the home knocked you flat when you opened the door. There was blood, dirt and gum all over the walls. Every light switch was covered in dirt. The sheets were stained, the couch was stained and the house was not as shown in the pictures. The irony is they took a $500 damage deposit that they took 2 weeks to return, after saying it would only take 3 to 4 days to get back. I sent pictures of the property and asked for my money back. After saying they would return it they then came back and said that they spoke to the housekeeper and there wasn’t an issue with the home. Remember, I sent them pictures showing that there definitely were. This company robbed me of $1200. Don’t use them! Save yourself the money and the stress of finding a new rental last minute. Shameful practices.
