Holiday Inn Express Niagara-on-the-Lake by IHG

Had a great stay here. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Check in/out was very easy. Staff were very friendly. The only downside was the breakfast - I prefer to stay at Holiday Inns as having breakfast included is a perk. I found the oatmeal to be very watery and slimy, I couldnt finish it. The sausages were undergone and the eggs were overcooked. I normally love Holiday Inn breakfasts so I was surprised about this location. Overall - still a great place and would stay here again!

Stayed here only for 1 night but had a good stay. Staff were nice, rooms are good, and the breakfast is good for what it is. Only complaint I have, the fan noise from the heating / cooling unit was a little annoying. room 601

Very nice hotel. Our room was nice, remodeled and the beds were super comfy. Loved the black out blinds. The breakfast was good. I agree with another review that the eggs were overcooked and bland. It was frustrating not having restaurants close by. You have to drive 11-13 mins either to St Catherine or Virgil. But we did like having the outlets close by which we visited one day. I'd definitely stay here again.

We booked our room online, and check-in was easy, staff were very pleasant, professional and most helpful. Rooms were very clean, neat and comfortable and the free breakfast was perfect start to the day Very family-friendly. For dinner, I will recommend the food court at the shopping centre for quick and easy, or to take to your room. Or a site down dine in at the Oaks.

The hotel was fine. It was just the breakfast. I had the worst eggs I’ve ever had in my life. They look like popcorn and they tasted like popcorn. Definitely one of the better holiday Inn in the USA they’re usually gross and dirty and disgusting. This one was nice and fresh.
