Holiday Inn Express & Suites Welland by IHG

The rooms are messy the owner hires people that don’t speak English. They ripped me off on three days and wouldn’t give me my money back for one of the days because they made the mistake and the guy couldn’t speak English. The breakfast consisted of flies on my fruit and milk that was expired so please don’t go there if you can find some other place drive and don’t stay at this holiday is garbage.

Amazing amazing amazing! I was getting married in the area in August 2025 and we used the Holiday Inn Welland for our group. I had excellent communication with the staff leading up to my wedding. They were very fast to respond and always so kind and helpful whenever I had a question. My guests all mentioned how clean and modern their accommodations were and everyone was very happy with all the amenities! I would highly recommend this location in the future for personal stays and for larger groups! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic !! We booked 30+ rooms at this hotel for the guests at our daughters wedding in August. From the very first interaction with the reservation team to the actual wedding everything was flawless. Every member of staff were amazing, reservation team were responsive and patient with all the questions and arrangements with different guests reservations. The front desk staff were outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were also wonderful and very helpful, especially with my 85 year old parents. Everyone in the hotel was so kind to them. Hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how great it is. Thank you so much for making our guests feel so welcome !!!!

Great experience! Staff was super helpful and friendly at every interaction. The whole hotel was clean including; pool,gym, breakfast area, lobby and our room. The outside area had plenty of seating with a garden and flowers. Overall fabulous experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights starting May 17. The hotel is extremely clean and feels brand new. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. We arrived at 2:00 AM, and the receptionist welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff consistently provided outstanding service—they were always courteous, attentive, and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, quiet, and service-oriented place to stay.
