Lee helped us design a truly one-of-a-kind engagement ring using diamonds from heirloom rings on my fiancé’s side. We spoke with other jewellers beforehand, and many showed little interest in the idea or quoted pricing that felt unfair for what was being offered. Lee was the complete opposite! Her enthusiasm, positivity, and honesty stood out immediately. She was patient, encouraging, and genuinely cared about getting it right. I’m a pretty particular person, and she never made us feel rushed or dismissed! We are beyond happy with how the ring turned out. It is absolutely beautiful and even better than we imagined!! 😍 This is the only place we plan on going to for future jewellery! My parents have been going here for over 20 years, and I truly can’t recommend Hoang Jewellers enough!

Family run and owned for 32 years! Li is so kind and a master of her craft. The prices are great the service is flawless, kind and genuine. In this broken world this is a warm hearted local gem for your jewelery. If only my watch battery died sooner I'd be back more often! Central St. Catharines, although I drive cross the city from any direction to get my watch repaired here. I trust them with it all.

came in on Thursday in a huge time crunch - I needed to get a silver ring for my boyfriend before I left back home the next day. When they didn't have any options she offered to custom make it AND have it ready before i left the next morning. Service was incredibly friendly and accommodating + my custom ring was very well done. Highly recommend

I came across Hoang Jewellers when I needed a last minute repair for a necklace. I was immediately welcomed as they fixed my necklace on the spot. They were so friendly, accommodating, and incredibly reasonably priced. Soon thereafter, I had to get my wedding ring fixed because the prongs that I got done twice from another local jeweller continued to chip and break, compromising the stability of my diamond. I brought my ring in, and Mr. Hoang did it for me in a very short period of time. When I went to go get my ring, I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the workmanship and the visible stability of the claws; which I have never had, despite the number of times I've had them redone in the past elsewhere. The job he did was unmatched and outstanding. I normally don't do google reviews; but trust me, if you want high quality work with care, attention to detail, great prices, and awesome customer service, you MUST make this jeweller. My fiancé and I had a great experience at Hoang’s. We came in with an idea of what we wanted for our engagement ring, and the owner was super helpful and sweet while guiding us. She took the time to figure out the right stone size and nailed down all the details with us. She quickly showed us a mock-up, which helped us visualize the final piece, and kept us in the loop with calls whenever there were questions. Her father crafted the ring, and it turned out beautiful- great quality and craftsmanship at a fair price. We’re really happy with the ring and will definitely return for future pieces.
