Coming to the Hartzel Rd. location for drain removal and bandage changes. Nurse Blezy was so lovley kind and knowledgeable!

I've been going to this locatio on Hartzel Rd. for the past month or more to get bandages changed for a couple of nasty wounds I had. The people (nurses) working here and super efficent at what they do and it's made all the difference in my healing properly. I never even knew a place like this existed but it's truly a godsend for anyone needing ongoing wound treatments. Thanks to all the talented hardworking nurses at this facility!

I’ve had an iron infusion done here and they’ve cleaned up a wound they are a very kind at the Hartzel road location.

This organization is negligent. After having hip surgery, they refuses my mom whose 73 any home care. They negligently left her i the care of my irresponsible 83 yr old step dad. He will leave my mom home alone for hours ar a time. This is an issue because my mom is recovering from hip surgery. She's only been home from hospital for 4 days. She has a walker and a wheelchair, as well as a commode chair. She can only walk a little, and is using a wheelchair due to the weakness in her legs. I live in Niagara Falls and try to take buses back and forth as much as I can. I've tried to get them both to go into a nursing home but they both refused. CCAC has refused to give her home care, so instead I have to constantly travel by bus from Niagara falls to st catharines to help her.

When I had elbow replacement surgery I had extraordinary help provided through CCAC. Without their assistance it would have been impossible to know where to start. When I needed advice, direction, or contacts they were there to discuss with me. Highly organized and professional. Special thanks to Matt who came to discuss my case with me. He was so kind and compassionate.
