Late on Monday I had trouble with my RV power cord. I was able to drop the trailer off before closing, and they had it ready first thing Tuesday morning. That allowed my vacation to get underway with very little delay. I really appreciate the quick turnaround, and the cost of repair was more than reasonable.

I have been a customer here for decades. I have rented trailers and bought replacement parts over the years for trailers I have owned. I needed a bed rail system installed in my truck. It has a bed liner in it. After watching YouTube videos on the process, it was simple. Measure twice, trace, and cut the liner. The frame kits use factory holes and I needed the underside brackets and a bolt kit. I ended up with huge gaps around an irregularly cut bed liner. I was charged $100 for bolts and another $100 for brackets. To add insult to injury I was charged $100 per hour for this mess. Thank goodness I had my own frame rails because they wanted $300 for rails that cost $100. So you can see how everything is multiples of $100. So out the door for $800 with taxes and an eyesore of a bed liner. FIVE hours labour. I will never return there. They only have one employee (they can’t find anyone else) and I left my truck there for 6 hours total. Pretty sure he was doing all the trailer moves and other tasks on my dime as well. And took breaks as well. Sorry Hitchman you lost a lifelong customer. You get an “F”.
