Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites

Such a lovely experience here! The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and the room facing the falls was amazing! We had such a good view. Love that we could walk to the casino area through the tunnel and shop around! The pool was awesome! Super clean and the water was a great temperature and the hot tub was nice and hot! Only bummer was the family pool and splash pad wasn’t open, not sure why!

Went for my Valentine's Day Engagement, Room was very Clean, and I mean cleannn ! Windows tub , toilet, bed & whatever you can think of they cleaned it. Staff was awesome, front deck wasn't too much of a wait , only thing I didn't like what the parking situation, I had to park off the property to a secondary location, unsure why but they had shuttle bus. Drivers were cool and helpful with bags and getting in and out of the vehicle. Overall no complaints, definitely recommend 🇨🇦💯

We really enjoyed the view and our room. The acess to restaurants and the casino while being able yo stay inside are particularly attractive for us because we chose to visit in February. Our room was clean upon arrival and the jacuzzi was great ! We were in a newly renovated room on the 47th floor. It was nice to see the updates done but the workmanship could have been better which is disappointing since it could have been amazing instead of just "nice". I will also say , in February we chose to turn the thermostat off and it was still too hott in the room. Parking is expensive but if a person chooses to spemd time in the casino the parking can be lessened through the membership program. We made it down to see the falls this time aswell which was via the lift service outside the fallsview casino. Overall we had a great time. But there are always things that can be done better.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from the window overlooking Niagara Falls was absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our trip. Waking up and falling asleep with such a view was an unforgettable experience. The service was excellent and very welcoming. At the front desk, we were assisted by Joseph — he was fast, professional, and extremely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We also ordered dinner to our room. The total for two people was just over $100, and the food was very delicious. The prices felt very reasonable considering the portion sizes and the quality of the food. We stayed here for Valentine’s Day, and the hotel also offered room decoration services, which made the stay feel extra special and romantic. The room was very clean, and overall the hotel had a wonderful atmosphere. The nightly rate for a room with this view was around $300, but it was absolutely worth it. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Just got back and this was perfect! Room was huge and great value, so clean, lots of towels, great water pressure, spacious. Front desk was pleasant and very fast both for check in and check out. They send you texts to see if you need anything and respond immediately. They check on your stay to see if you are pleased and if things have met your expectations. Elevators are clean and they come quickly. What is great is that you take the bridge to the casino and fantastic eating choices right INSIDE the hotel. It was freezing out so we loved this aspect. Had breakfast on the 33rd floor and it was exquisite from the beautiful view to the wonderful service and excellent food. So many amenities right in the hotel which makes it convenient. I do not have one complaint and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back for sure. Whoever manages this hotel has thought of everything for the clients. Excellent job!
