Hillview Vet Clinic deserves every bit of praise I can give. My dog Goose, recently had his neutering procedure here, and the entire end-to-end experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The team is incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer every question, explain the process in detail, and make sure Goose felt comfortable at every stage. The veterinarians are outstanding genuine professionals who have both strong medical expertise along with kindness and compassion. I felt completely confident that Goose was in the best hands possible. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the communication throughout the day was fantastic. They kept me updated, provided clear aftercare instructions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect during recovery. A real sense that they truly care about their patients. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Every part of the experience was amazing, and it was by far the best veterinary care our family has ever received. Brought my kitty in yesterday for some bladder/urinary issues and am so happy with the care he was given! They let him stay there overnight to get urine samples without any catch or charge which I thought was amazing especially since it was my first time taking him there. I was worried but they were so good to him. All of the wonderful staff there let me know that he had a good time and was given lots of love. The Veterinarian Peter was very direct and explained every possible situation that could be causing the issues, I didn’t feel judged or overlooked at all, Even as a brand new client I felt like I’d been going there for years. If you’re looking for an animal clinic I would recommend 100%. ☺️

I've been a client here for almost 30 years. I recently had to have my dog put down and they were compassionate and caring -Dr. Elena did a great job and took great care of my girl until the end.

I was suggested to take my little Rudy into Hillview. He wasn't feeling too hot, wasn't doing his business properly, was vomiting. I called, spoke with Karen who was very, very nice and she got us in same day. Rudy met with Dr. Peter and he didn't try to sell x rays, he didn't try to push anything on me. He was thorough and clear and explained things to me in a way I would understand. We left with some food, probiotics and antibiotics and it's been one day and Rudy is always starting to show improvement. He didn't judge like every single other vet on planet earth when you tell them you feed raw. He explained his opinion on it because I asked and we've made some adjustments to his diet so should this ever happen again, we can rule out the possibility of bad meat. Both of the ladies we spoke with were very friendly and very helpful. And it didn't break the bank like I thought it would. Since Rudy went from being my foster to being my permanent companion I'm happy to have a vet office that's full of nice people instead of pushy salespeople. Thank you all for making a scary situation bearable. Rudy sends his love too, he just hasn't learned to type yet. 🤍
