Very busy place with reasonable prices. I was very excited to try this diner. The service was not great. We waited a long time to be seated, only two of us. It wasn't due to lack of tables, as there was at least 5 tables available. When we were finally seated, our server seemed to have forgotten about us. People seated after us were having their orders taken. Finally, a server approached our table, explaining that it wasn't her table to serve, but she would take our order. Once our food arrived, that was the last interaction we had with the servers until I went up to the counter to pay. I did notice that their regular customers were very well tended to.
View on GoogleWhat an absolute gem! This place offers such delicious, affordable burgers and sandwiches. In addition, friendly staff greet you with genuine smile and kindness. I was so touched of their hospitality. Come visit this place. It's about 15 minute walk from the bus terminal, which would fit in perfectly if you are seeing Niagara falls.
View on GoogleThis was my first time in Niagara Falls, so I was looking for some of the best restaurants to try. I definitely found it with Hi-Lite Restaurant! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful! So glad we found this spot!

It's a hidden gem that deserves recognition for its warmth and authenticity.
View on GoogleGreat breakfast /brunch spot. They have a very big menu with lots of options. The milkshakes were delicious and the Club was the best I've had in a long time. All the ingredients were super fresh and tasty. Service was decent, maybe a little slow, but friendly and nice none the less. Would definitely recommend. I wish they were open on Sundays and served mimosas! Cool diner vibe and reasonable prices. Go!
