I frequently visit your store to purchase shakes and other products, and I am always impressed by the young man who often serves me. He is in his early 20s and consistently provides outstanding customer service. His pleasant attitude and warm welcomes make a significant difference in the shopping experience for me, and other customers. Although I regret not catching his name, brown hair. His excellent service is truly commendable! Highly recommend this Hercs location! Thank you for fostering an environment where such positive interactions can thrive.

For the few times I’ve been in there recently, I have received the best service from the same guy. I wish I knew his name but he’s always the sweetest to me and my kids. Definitely goes above and beyond. I’m looking forward to the next time I go based solely off the way I’m treated when there. So thank you to whoever that genuine employee is :) !

We pop in there monthly (especially on Tuesdays for the BOGO sales) to pick up our supplements and every single time we walk in, we are always greeted in a great way. All the staff are always so polite and informative and very helpful if/when we want to try out a new product/brand. You don’t need to go anywhere else! Grab a smoothie on your way out because they are the best in the city!

Paul the owner and his employee were very helpful, friendly and informative with assisting me to get products I was looking for and educated me without taking up too much of my time. I recommend going to this hercs. They were also great at not overselling or pushing anything on me. Great deals also. I purchased kre-alkalyn and oxyshred.
