The manager has a dynamic personality. My main concern is that my wife appears to be consistently gaining weight even though she continues to show up and pay for the diet program. Meal replacement shakes are an expensive and poor substitute for a genuine weight loss eating program. It would seem proper to me that diet counselling/coaching should be grounded in a true, authentic weight loss and maintenance eating program - but I don’t see it. A good coach shouldn’t stand by and watch someone gain weight while selling the shakes. It doesn’t seem honest and sincere to me.
