I have been so frustrated trying to navigate options for a lens I bought online 6 months ago. It was a high demand lens that I found online as used so I saved $165 buying this Henrys approved lens. I used it twice and now it wont focus at all and now says the lens is not compatible or mounted correctly. All my other lenses work perfectly fine. I have barely used this lens but Henrys claims there is nothing they can do out of the 90 days warranty for used products. I was clearly sold a faulty item and have been told all i can do is send it for repairs for $5-600. After spending over $1,500 on the original lens... plus customer service is mia on live chat and via email.
View on GoogleThis was my first time going to Henry's. The staff were friendly, but not pushy. I had some concerns with one of my photos and the clarity. Keegen R. was very helpful and made the experience much less frustrating. Thanks! I will definitely be back.
View on GoogleI went to Henry’s Camera to have over 70 photos printed. Sheldyn not only helped me upload them from my computer, but also trimmed them to their proper size for my Christmas project. Excellent experience!

Both workers were so helpful, professional and went above and beyond to help find something that would work very last minute. They saved the day for me!!
