I have no idea what people complain about and argue about this place for, but this place is absolutely awesome, my mom Lynn Marie Donnelly does her placement here and the staff and residents and everything here is perfectly regulated and way better than Oakwood Park Lodge. Hope this place never closes.

I found the staff friendly with a genuine concern for all clients. I am particularly impressed the medical care, I visit my mother several times a week and always feel welcome. Cleanliness is a high priority. I would like to see more activities for more involved patients. Food service could be improved. I am surprised at some of the negative comments. They do not resemble any experiences that I had.

The negative reviews are confusing to me. I have known the staff and building for almost 6 years now as my family member resides there. The Henley house staff and management have been incredible supportive and kind to my family and myself. This home has been incredible for her and it has allowed me to operate with peace and comfort knowing the level of care and love she gets at this home. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

The PSWs are supportive and friendly with the clients but there are far too few people there to support those in their care. Patients are left in their beds for a good portion of the day because they lack the necessary staffing to dress and feed everyone in a timely manner. Clothing, although properly labelled, goes missing before your family member even gets to wear items. Even with new management, they claim never to have been informed about the volumes of clothing that has gone missing since my mother has been in their care. Either prepare yourself to maintain your loved one's clothing, or to purchase several new outfits on a monthly basis.
