DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have covered things up that they have caused, are borderline deceitful when it comes to "fixing" issues, and have made many, many lives more inconvenient while servicing a building in our care.

10/10, came within 30 minutes on a busy Saturday to service my walk-in cooler. Up and running!

We were disappointed with HECO after being billed a substantial labour charge for a second visit to rectify the first repair that had failed. Our 3/4hp boiler circ pump failed in Feb this year. A HECO tech came down, sourced and installed a new one. His work order noted the new motor had slightly elevated noise. The bill was $1,381.43. 29 days later, the pump quit. This time, two HECO techs came down and swapped out the pump motor. We presumed the cost of the call would be borne by HECO, however, they remained firm that the labour cost was ours to bear. With two techs, the bill for labour was $1,067.85. Ultimately, we paid $2,449.28 to replace a failed single-phase 3/4hp circulation pump, in two visits. Ouch.

Class organization, keep up the great work guys and gals

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The owner fights with everyone he comes into contact with. I would recommend for you to go to anyone else but them. You WILL be sorry...
