Heather Raso is a great accountant - who has a Masters of Accounting background along with complete her in-depth tax studies. She, like everyone else does from time to time, has had a difficult 2025 with health issues and so forth - please be patient and i'm sure she will be back to her usual 5 star self!

We've had a very bad experience with this office. Dropped our tax paperwork off in early April and haven't heard from her since. Its now the second week of June. Taxes are way overdue and she won't return phone calls or show up at her office. Answering machine message says she's had a personal issue but she could still have someone return peoples vital financial documents. Looks like this is not the first time either. Deeper digging has found more clients left in the same situation. Personal issues are understandable but not doing anything to communicate with clients is not. I really hate to leave negative reviews and its nothing personal, we just need to warn potential future clients .
