I had been dealing with ringing in my ears for years. I had a hearing test done by Doctor Shelly Lo in 2021. I was disappointed when she rushed my test and told me I was fine when I knew the ringing was not normal. I was lucky enough to hear about Doc Ben and Hearing Health from a family member. Doctor Ben did a great job explaining to me what was going on with my hearing , he let me try a par of test hearing aides and I knew right away that things were going to improve. I highly recommend Hearing health.

Got my hearing tested as I have never had it done! Easiest thing, took no time at all. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

Vanessa was very helpful and the staff helped me when I needed to get my hearing aids fixed or supplies. Just wish they could give me more than one package of domes and ear wax filters(due to Covid-19 restrictions) I'm glad I got help to restore my hearing

Very inconvient and rude. When getting past hearing test Listen Up could of just faxed i to Connect Hearingt, but refused because it would take to long. When they took forever coping the paper work, it would of taken the same amount of time to fax it. Would of gladly paid for them to do it. Trying to get the help we need for our grandfathers hearing aids to get fixed.

The people at the Pelham Road location are great. Vanessa is especially kind and patient. She has been a great help with my elderly mom. I really appreciate the service and professionalism as well.
