I've been seeing Vanessa for about 7 years now. I put a lot of wear and tear on my hearing aids! She's always been helpful, even on spur of the moment things like if my hearing aids suddenly quit! She's been able to either fix them, or send them off under warranty every time something happens. Such a great place!

I went to see Vanessa for a hearing test twice within a month and both time she was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. The price was fair and my experience was great. She was very professional, friendly and took care of my situation! I would highly recommend her and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Best hearing clinic overall in Niagara. Thank you so much!

All I can say is that Vanessa is the best!. She is very professional and always puts the patient first. I have been with them since 2012 when they were located in the Glendale Medical facility.. I put my hearing aids through a lot due to my busy outdoor life. Over the last 9 years I have had several issues, most due to heavy use of the hearing aids, and she always fixed them or replaced them under warranty. Even giving me "loaners" while mine were sent for repair. I can't say enough about her and I would highly recommend Hearing Life in Virgil. Brian
