I have had issues with ear wax build up for years & typically need to have them professionally cleaned out at least annually. This year, I booked with Hear Canada. Brianna Todd was my hearing specialist. Brianna is very knowledgeable & has a warm & patient personality, best yet, she used a suction machine rather than irrigation. Much less painful & unbelievably effective! My ears are cleaner than they have been in years. Brianna also tested my hearing after the cleaning. Which was perfect. All in all a wonderful experience. I Highly recommend!

I havent been able to hear properly in over a decade from a lifetime of earwax buildup that I made worse from impacting with q-tips. After visiting the team at HearCANADA in Fort Erie, they quickly, painlessly, and professionally cleared out years of blockage and it was like hearing for the first time again! I have had such a positive interaction with this company and especially the two ladies that deal with my hearing issues. When I have an emergency they deal with the issue immediately and never kept waiting. Yes the cost is very high but worth it in every way. My father is also a client and he praises these ladies for their hard work and dedication. Thank you

I recently had my hearing tested at this clinic. The staff are very friendly and professional. The audiologist explained the testing, made sure I was comfortable and answered my questions. It was a very positive experience.
