Healthy Planet St. Catharines

This was my fourth time shopping at Healthy Planet at Fairview Mall, and I have made a purchase every time. Unfortunately, on each visit, my wife and I have felt extremely uncomfortable due to the way security behaves when we enter the store. Every time we walk in, it feels like security immediately starts monitoring us more closely than other customers. On our most recent visit, after I selected the oil I intended to purchase, a security guard walked very closely behind us throughout the store. It felt excessive and unnecessary. We understand that stores need to have security measures in place. However, there's a clear difference between maintaining security and making customers feel singled out. Being closely followed during multiple visits creates a strong impression of profiling, whether intentional or not. We are immigrants, and Canada is a country built by immigrants. Experiences like this are disappointing because no customer should feel uncomfortable or watched simply for shopping. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

One of my favorite stores with reasonable prices compared to another health food stores. Great selection of kombuchas, spices, and frozen foods. Everyone so far has been friendly and helpful. Easy access for everyone, there is tons of parking in Fairview mall. It’s a great addition to the city of St Catharines.

My experience at Health Planet was amazing from start to finish. The store is well organized, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly make the difference — everyone was so kind and helpful. Tiana helped me a lot during my visit and she was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Mia at the cash is also such a sweet soul — she was friendly, warm, and made checkout such a pleasant experience. I genuinely loved my experience here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Health Planet to anyone looking for great products and even better customer service!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have had two end of year sales that gave me good value. They carry s wide range of supplement brands to choose from.

Amazing experience at Healthy Planet in St. Catharines. Tiana and Minn helped us with everything from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. The store has a fantastic selection and is very well organized. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly want to help customers make the right choices. Highly recommend this location.
