Worst customer service! Apparently the family doctor is an employee of the pharmacy, so every time you get a prescription, the doctor sends the prescription to the pharmacy instead of his secretary, then when you ask the pharmacist for your printout, if you tell them you don't want to buy it there, they get very upset and rude. Today the pharmacist almost threw the prescription in my face. Also the family doctor wants you to make a weekly appointment because he says he cannot treat two illnesses at the same time and you have to tell his secretary in front of everyone the reason for your visit.

I experienced the most unprofessional service I’ve ever encounter from the pharmacist and supporting staff. A process that should have been easy turned into an absolute nightmare. I was shocked at how I was being spoken to on the phone and when I questioned the unprofessionalism I was experiencing, I was met with even more hostility. Not even the owner of the pharmacy was willing to assist in resolving the issues but instead began yelling and berating me. I’ll be telling everyone I know not to use this pharmacy as they don’t deserve the business and don’t know how to treat customers at all. Price gauging, rude and incompetent are the words I’d use to describe this establishment.

Just moved to the area and needed a refill and to get set up as my new pharmacy. Great interactions and they went out of their way to get my history transferred from my old pharmacy who wasn't very cooperative. 5th star given because the pharmacy tech overheard my request from my initial visit and made sure to order a specific generic brand so when the script could be filled they had the desired product on hand. Anticipation of customer need earns the extra star. Nicely done. Looks like I have a new pharmacy!
