I need my highlights done. Never been here before. I called today to book my highlights appointment. The guy on the phone said he does consultation first so I have to arrive twice, once for the consultation and the second time for the actual highlights appointment. Never heard of that. Why can't I do it all in one time? I told the guy I don't drive and I can't arrive two times, just once, hoping for a solution from him. The guy literally replied: "no problem, thanks for calling". Unbelievable. Offer me a solution, something, like, you really don't care about new customers? No problem Sir, I'll take my money elsewhere. Learn some customer service skills. Gosh.

I had such a lovely experience here prior to my elopement. Mia did my hair and makeup beautifully and everyone at the salon made me feel gorgeous. They even helped me carry my bags back to my car and offered to run out and grab my umbrella in case it rained.

Just excellent! Mia did my makeup for my wedding (elopement) She came to my hotel and was super friendly- we chatted like friends. She’s very personable and kind. Beautiful hair and makeup for a affordable/great price (especially for Niagara Falls) Absolutely recommend!
