I always had bad experience with Indian owners (cheap and rude), same as this one. The Indian owner made his own rule to charge $0.4 commission on a $10 lottery ticket if I pay visa. I bought a ticket here before and no one even asked about this charge. I don’t recommend this store for anything. Avoid Indian owners, they are so cheap!

Went to the Havana store within the Casino in Niagra falls. Loving a Cuban cigar, I was not greeted with acceptance or anything. The employee simply looked at me and walked away to the back. When he returned I tried to gain his attention but he continued to ignore me completely. There was no one else around in the store so I know he was not busy. Just totally rude! I will never grace this place with my presence. When I left he never even look up at me. Enough said.
