Hauser’s Pharmacy, St Catharines

Just wanted to say I am so grateful for Nadine and how she helps me with my Lymphedema and sleeves. I don't know what I would do without her, she is truly a gem, thank you Hauser's.

I went into Hauser's on the off chance they might be able to repair my walker. The lady at the pharmacy intake was so nice and called for Josh to help me. He actually tried to fit the nut on but we concluded it needed a special tool he didn't have. He was so willing to help me and had a dynamite personality. I looked around and found the prices to be competitive so I bought everything I planned on getting elsewhere. Thank you Josh.. Tomorrow someone is coming to fix the walker at my home after Josh called for me.

I recently got a scooter through them and I dealt with Ty and I am so happy with my scooter and it has made my life so much easier. Ty was awesome all the way around from start to finish. Thank you so much

I am writing a follow up to my previous post to express the improvement I have experienced with Hausers pharmacy and especially Nadine. Follow up and sharing of information has greatly improved and I have received supplies that I have been waiting for. Thank you for helping me negotiate this difficult journey with lymphedema.

Hausers Pharmacy's consistent failure to deliver essential medical supplies punctually has created significant disruptions. This unreliability has led to a state of extreme displeasure and discomfort for myself. I need these items for my well-being. The repeated delays suggest a systemic issue within their logistical operations that demands immediate attention. Consequently, patients are left facing potentially serious health consequences due to these unfulfilled deliveries. As well as receiving the wrong goods on multiple occasions. Some one needs those supplies you haphazardly left at my door more than once. This persistent lack of dependable service from Hausers Pharmacy is entirely unacceptable and may be the reason I switch supply providers.
