This dental office is fantastic! The new management has made everything run smoothly, and AJ provided excellent care for me and my family. We always feel welcome and well taken care of.

Updated - replied to your comment, I am a former patient, as was my family of eight, during the years this practice was owned and operated by Dr. Bak. Any claim that no such patients existed reflects issues with your current records following the change in ownership, not the accuracy of my experience. My review is based on firsthand treatment and interactions that occurred prior to and during the transition of ownership. The care, professionalism, and environment under Dr. Bak were exceptional. The decline in patient experience following his departure is the sole reason for my review. I stand by my statements. They reflect my personal experience and opinion, which I am entitled to share. Attempts to discredit or intimidate a former patient rather than address concerns only reinforce the issues raised. I do not consent to further contact, phone calls, or discussions with staff. This matter does not require identity verification through public review platforms. My review will remain as an accurate account of my experience. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Bak for many years. I used to be absolutely terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Bak completely changed that for me. He made every patient feel like part of his family—kind, gentle, patient, and truly caring. Because of him, my fear disappeared, and we trusted this practice fully. Unfortunately, everything changed after Dr. Bak sold the practice and was forced out. The new owners are not friendly, not gentle, and made me feel like I was nothing more than a source of money. There is a complete lack of respect, and we were made to feel stupid even though we clearly understood what was going on. The environment is now cold and uncomfortable. Concerns are ignored, phone calls are cut short or hung up on, and kindness is completely absent. One staff member in particular was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy whatsoever. This practice is nothing like it used to be. Since Dr. Bak left, the atmosphere has changed for the worse. I no longer feel safe, respected, or valued as a patient. Being charged for things that are not required is unacceptable. This company is now a disgrace and not a place I would recommend to anyone. The only positive experience I ever had here was because of Dr. Bak, and his absence is deeply felt

Hey! Google reviews matter & that's what brings me here today. The staff here is next level. I could write a book, but rather than that, you can all read the reviews yourselves. I agree with all of the five star reviews and many names are mentioned, which is awesome. Well deserved accolades. My dentist Dr. Kuar is incomparable. If the School of dentistry had ESPN games, she had win it with Maria by her side!! Very "fun" experience getting about 25 cavities filled due to past dentist PTSD issues keeping me away. My feelings towards dentists went from almost disdain to an enjoyable experience and I'm looking forward to my next cleaning . All the front desk staff mentioned equally great And don't want to leave anybody out. This operation is run by a winner. Whoever that may be, I don't know, but it's just a top-notch operation that I would highly recommend to anybody, especially those that fear the dentist. They've got great talent that graduated top of their class in the school of customer service. Nicely done and very refreshing to see.

As a new patient that hadn't been to the dentist in a long time I was very nervous. From the second I walked in I was made to feel comfortable. Elena, Karla, and Dr. Sabri were extremely nice. Best dental appointment I ever had. Thank you.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Bashar and his amazing team — Elina, AJ, and Karla — made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everyone was kind, professional, and took the time to explain every step. I’ve always had a strong fear of dental visits, but this time I felt completely relaxed. The procedure was quick and completely painless, even afterward. I’m so grateful for their gentle care and positive energy — I finally found a dental office I can trust!
