They had blinds that were actually affordable. Wish I would have known about this place sooner before dropping a G note on house blinds of all freakn things. As far as the staff goes, was pretty good. The products, will I could have got a stainless steel fridge for 600 smackers. So ya I think it was an ok place.

Ive been shopping here for a bit now and I have to say since the car ran in to the building that store went down hill. employe's don't really want to work. You can never find one around and when you do they never seem happy to help you, The manager doesn't take criticism very well either. A store it supposed to be welcoming and inviting this Hart store is not that. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Now mind you customers are not always right but if I was Hart I would start investing in new employe's.

Today, I purchased a sheet set labeled as "EGYPTIAN COTTON," as clearly shown in the product photos. However, within minutes of leaving the store, I discovered that the product description was deliberately misleading. While prominently advertising "Egyptian Cotton," the item’s details included, in an almost illegible fine print, "100% Polyester." This is nothing short of false advertising and a blatant attempt to deceive customers. To make matters worse, when I returned to the store just 10 minutes after my purchase to request an exchange or refund, the staff outright refused to assist me. This refusal not only demonstrates a complete lack of customer care but also suggests that the store is complicit in these deceptive practices. I am deeply disappointed and outraged by this experience. This store has lost my trust, and I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when shopping here. Such dishonest behavior is unacceptable.

I am very angry. Today I purchased a bath mat and shower curtain and other items, which were supposed to be 20% off and everything else 10% off as per boxing day sale and after looking at my receipt and price tags the cashier never added a discount for anything. They also asked if I wanted a bag and placed everything in a black garbage bag.

A great little department store. They have a little bit of everything that you need for your home. Good competitive prices.
