The customer service at harmony Jewlers in Grimsby was top-class. Jennifer was the lab tech i dealt with, we discussed my vision for the project, she took the time and walked me through the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and helped me find the perfect stone and cut for my custom design project, Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure this project was meeting everything I was expecting. The original stone/cut i was intending on getting unfortunately would not compliment the setting of the ring I was designing, Jen advised me on the best alternative option that would best suite the project and provided me with pictures to reference. When I picked up the final product it did not disappoint. The overall quality and workmanship of the design is spectacular, the ring catches light from across the room. Anyone looking to do a custom project or even just punching a ring in the near future should not look any further than harmony jewelers, the staff are very professional and put the customer first.

I was recently in the market to add a new timepiece to my collection but wasn’t exactly sure where to start. After a few visits to Harmony and working together with Chris, we were able to narrow it down to a few options! On my last visit a different size and colour variation of the Tudor Black Bay 58 had been put on display, caught my eye immediately and they were extremely accommodating in allowing me to try it on, size and show me all of the functions of the GMT. Couldn’t recommend the people at Harmony enough, a big thank you to them for making the process and fun and easy one!
