Harbourfront Inn

Called this morning for a room rental was told that they had one available all of a sudden when I got there nothing was available. I was greeted by somebody with horrible customer service very rude with a short fuse and a bad attitude for customer service. Was even prepared to pay 3 months in advance cash. So I advise that if you are a person of colour or LGBT, this place is not for you. Apparently, my hardworking money is not accepted. Nor is respectful communication something they pride themselves on.

Went there today as we were at Canal Days and all the restaurants were busy but this place. Wasn't busy at all and once we ordered it took over an hour to get the little bit of food we ordered. The waitress was beyond horrible. We ask her menu questions and she didn't have answers and didn't go ask the kitchen. We also had to keep calling her over when we wanted drinks. Their was 6 of us at the table and everyone got their meal at difference times , last person got their 15 minutes after the first person. Than when we asked for the bill that took over 1/2 hour than she came over took the menu sat at another table and looked at the prices. You couldn't pay me to go back to this place. If I could give negative star review I would have. Save your time n money and don't go here

Very small rooms, super hot, no pets allowed, some of the old timers are very rude. Would not recommend staying here. The bar is good and food is good.
