My husband and I just stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, friendly and welcoming staff, a beautiful room, and such thoughtful touches throughout our stay!! The anniversary card waiting for us was such a sweet surprise and made the experience feel extra special! The wine and cheese happy hour was a lovely touch, and breakfast the next morning was great! A special shoutout to Walter, our shuttle driver for the evening, such a genuinely kind, friendly person who made our night even better!! We’ll absolutely be back and already can’t wait for our next stay!!

The Harbour House has become our 'home away from home.' Comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, a happy hour where you can meet other guests and compare notes on wineries and restaurants, and perfect location make this an ideal base from which to enjoy all that NotL has to offer - whatever time of year you visit. Already planning our next visit!

Lovely hotel! We stayed for seven days and visited wineries, Niagara, and NOTL. It was very walkable to the Old Town, but there are also shuttle services available. The people were great the entire time! People chatted with us and picked up and remembered details, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. We also enjoyed the welcome hour with drinks, snacks, and fellowship as well as the daily breakfast. We plan to return in the future!

Several times repeat customer. This review is of Room 201, the Cayuga Room. This visit has reduced our overall view of the quality at Harbour House. When we arrived the room was quite cold, made worse by the lack of any carpeting. We turned the window heat on, the fireplace on, and the bathroom overhead shower heater on. While waiting for the room to warm up we noticed several messy piles of wiring for the phone, tv, and cable box. The cable for tv was coming out of an open wall box with no effort to properly organize or hide any of these features. The cold water tap for the bathroom sink wasn't working at all making the temperature of the water very hot to wash our hands or brush our teeth. There were large chips of wood broken out of the white coffee stand/cabinet. The inside of the shower/toilet room door was well worn. The window unit room heater when turned on the fan was quite loud, when the unit reached temperature the fan kept blowing keeping the noise level high all night. The main entrance door to our room had a gap at the bottom allowing light from the outside hallway to shine in the room all night just a few feet from the bed. I would have expected more than just 2 USB ports to allow charging of our devices. I don't understand why the cleaning staff wouldn't have noticed the cold water tap wasn't working, or they have but no one has been by to service this. The front desk as always is polite and friendly. The Kingsize bed was very comfortable. The Harbour House is located in a nice quiet area of NOTL away from the main road.

This is a great boutique hotel. Quaint New England vibe. Great value .. includes afternoon wine & cheese & continental breakfast. A cozy retreat especially in the fall or winter with a fireplace in every room. Within walking distance of centretown. Welcoming, friendly & accomodating. I have stayed at every major hotel in this town, but this one checks ALL the boxes.
