Very dissapointed with my experience at this hair salon. I had a cut with Katie November 19th. I have very thick hair and Katie mentioned if we need more removed to just come back and we can do take more off. I sent her a text message and called the salon and left a voicemail asking to come back to take a bit more off the next week. It took Katie until the next day to reply which was no problem because she said her child was sick and asked if Its okay if I can wait until the next week, I said no problem at all. It is now 1 month since my haircut, and I have yet to hear from Katie. I understand it gets busy around the holidays, however, I was a paying client and not happy with my haircut received and as Katie mentioned, we could have taken more off anytime, this is very unprofessional and shows how imporant her clients are to her... I wont recommend this salon. Edit for accuracy - I never received a reply at all after you replied saying you are sick with the kids all day and "i wont be able to get you in until next week if thats okay?" I replied letting you know my schedule and saying no problem! and I did not ever receive a reply after that. I understand you are human, however, you also run a business and have loyal clients supporting you, its now been almost 1 month since my service and its sad that if I did not leave my review, I dont believe I would have heard from you which is not professional.

I had a wonderful experience getting a women’s haircut with Madeline at this salon! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. She’s not only incredibly warm and friendly, but also extremely skilled at what she does. Madeline took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and really paid attention to the details. The haircut turned out absolutely perfect — exactly what I was hoping for, and somehow even better! She has a great eye and made sure the style suited me and my hair type beautifully. The whole appointment felt relaxed and enjoyable, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. I’ve already received several compliments on the cut! I highly recommend Madeline if you’re looking for someone who is both talented and genuinely lovely.
