This place was unreal. Very fresh, high quality ingredients. I consider myself a “bowl specialist” and this was phenomenal. 10/10. Very accommodating with dairy free and gluten free too. I’ll be back anytime I’m in St Catherine’s!

I had a great experience at Happies!! Went in to support the Brock Dance Pak fundraiser, but I will definitely be back! We tried two smoothies, Malibu Beach and Cherry Garcia. These were alright, but we found Malibu Beach to be a bit tart. However, their salad bowls are amazing! I especially love the build your own bowl option! The chicken was juicy and flavourful, and all of the veggies were fresh and crisp too! Don't skip the dressing here, all are homemade! The lemon garlic dressing was divine, and it is also gluten free! Unfortunately they don't have any sit down space here, but is still a great takeout option!

Really pleased with the quality, flavor, and generous portion of the açaí bowls! I thought they seemed expensive till I saw it. You wouldn’t spend much less to make it yourself! They tasted like all REAL, fresh ingredients. Don’t think they add extra sweetener or filler. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Ordered for delivery all the way to Niagara Falls more than once this week.. 😳 I cannot say enough good things about Happies! The bowls are always packed and they’ve got fresh toppings.. Absolutely delicious and worth the drive or additional delivery fees! Worth the drive from Welland. The jalapeño croissant was delicious, the wraps were fresh and full. This is going to be our new spot. I can't wait to try their smoothies. My partner had the Cherry Garcia I think it was called? Delicious. I had a peanut butter brittle latte! 10/10
