Yesterday was my first time visiting the Ontario Street, Welland location to get my taxes completed. Everyone was super friendly (which was surprising for such a busy time of year)! JOSEPH GUARINO was my tax expert, who I also met for the very first time. JOSEPH was absolutely incredible! It was a breath of fresh air to have such a positive, helpful and upbeat tax expert helping me. He went above and beyond for me and it did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this location to others! Even though the drive is to another town for me, I know I will be a returning customer next year! Thank you for all your smiles!!!

This is my second year doing my family's taxes with Sandra Ortiz of H&R Block in Welland. She takes the time to explain our taxes to us; she's very kind. And the best part is that she speaks Spanish, and for Spanish speakers, it's very important to be able to understand the tax system and have it explained in Spanish.
