Dear Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service I received at H&R Block while working with Archana Singh for my tax filing. I arrived on time for my appointment and dedicated over an hour and a half of my day, expecting professional assistance and accurate guidance. Unfortunately, instead of receiving proper support, I was told that I had “wrong information” without any clear explanation or effort to resolve the issue. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unproductive. It is extremely disappointing to spend that much time only to walk away without any progress on my tax filing. I trusted your office to handle this matter professionally, but instead, I feel that my time was completely wasted. I expect better communication, clearer guidance, and a more respectful approach toward clients. I would appreciate a prompt response explaining what went wrong? thankyou
